Kant on punishment and poverty

چکیده
Abstract I offer a Kantian argument for the idea that state lacks authority to punish neglected, impoverished citizens when they commit crimes cope with neglect. Given Kant's own commitments value of external freedom and state's obligation ensure it, there is no reason can claim an citizen while also failing in significant ways protect her freedom.
